Join us for a wonderful weekend of tennis in the beautiful Shuswap, and check out our indoor facility, the Askew Tennis Centre, located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Secwepemc People.

Note: Mixed Doubles events are held separately on Monday, Sept. 7 as a 1-day “stand alone” event. Some other events begin on Friday, Sept. 4—please be prepared to play on that day.

Your entry fee includes:
- Minimum of 2 matches guaranteed
- New tennis balls provided
- Refreshments on Saturday & Sunday morning
- Tournament dinner on Saturday (approx. 5:00 PM)
- Light lunch provided for Mixed Doubles (Monday)

Tournament Rules & Policies
- Event Limit: Players may sign up for a maximum of 3 events, one of which must be Mixed Doubles on Monday.
- 65+ Eligibility: Events are based on the player(s) turning 65 or above during the 2026 calendar year.
- Check-in: Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your first match.
- Weather Assurance: Matches will not be cancelled due to weather or smoke thanks to the indoor Askew Tennis Centre! (Match times or formats may be altered).
- Schedule Discretion: The posted schedule may change due to inclement weather, lengthy matches, or external circumstances. Games may play late under lights or indoors.
- Refunds: No refunds will be issued after draws are generated on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
