General Information
- Format: Round Robin
- Hospitality: BBQ lunch provided on Saturday afternoon, plus snacks and baked goods throughout the day.
- Availability Requirements:
- Friday, Sept. 18: Matches start at 5:30 PM (later start times available for out-of-town teams where possible).
- Saturday, Sept. 19 & Sunday, Sept. 20: Matches start at 8:30 AM.
Fees & Payment
- First Event: $50 / player
- Second Event: $40 / player
- Payment Methods: Cash or credit card (payable to Kamloops Tennis Center).
- Participants must pay their entry fees prior to play.

- a) Category (e.g., Men’s A Doubles)
- b) Both partners’ full names
- c) Both partners’ email addresses
- d) Both partners’ cell phone numbers
Tournament Regulations
- KTC reserves the right to seed or reclassify teams.
- The Tournament Committee may cancel or combine events if there are insufficient entries.
- Match format will be determined based on the number of entrants in each event.
- Players are expected to play when scheduled. A maximum 5-minute warm-up time and a 15-minute default limit on all matches will be strictly enforced.
- In all disputes, the Tournament Committee’s decision will be final.
